AdeptTrends LLC is committed to give our customers the fullest satisfaction for our products that are bought directly from our Web site www.tabolap.win or from authorized AdeptTrends Stores.

Two Years Limited Warranty

If your TaboLap brief products or other leather products are damaged during the first 2 years your own it, which includes damage caused by airlines or other transit damage, AdeptTrends will cover all repair expenses including ground shipping costs to and from our repair center. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace you a new product. If the replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of the same value. We will not cover the damages that are resulting from abuse or cosmetic damage such as scratched or stained leather or scratched or stained fabric nor we cover incidental damages such loss of the contents of the item, loss of use, loss of time, or such similar expenses. You must have your receipt as a proof of purchase for us to process your warranty coverage.

After the first Two-Year Warranty

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send your item to us for any repair. We will get back to you with the reasonable repair estimate cost and time frame for the repair for you to decide. The return shipping cost of the repaired item will be on us whether you choose to repair or not, however, we will have to charge a nominal processing fee if you decide not to repair.
